I enjoy reading, when I have time that is. Between all the busyness that consumes my life, finding time to read is definitely a rarity. I have made it my goal (I don't want to refer to it as a "new year's resolution" because let's be real, those are destined to fail) this year to read 13 books. These are 13 different books that I have always wanted to read, so this year I am determined to find the time to read all of them.
13 Books in 2013
- Journeys of Faithfulness: Sarah Clarkson
- Love Does: Bob Goff
- Unbroken: Laura Hillenbrand
- There is No Me Without You: Melissa Fay Greene
- Captivating: John and Stasi Eldredge
- Passion and Purity: Elisabeth Elliot
- Outlive Your Life: Max Lucado
- Don't Waste Your Life: John Piper
- The Explicit Gospel: Matt Chandler
- Forgotten God: Francis Chan
- Unleash! Breaking Free From Normalcy: Perry Noble
- The Screwtape Letters: C.S. Lewis
- One Thousand Gifts: Ann Voskamp
These books are in no particular order, but my goal is by the end of 2013 I will have read each one. All of this books have great messages and are written by incredible men and women of God, so I am excited to dive into them throughout this year and see all that the Lord has to teach me!
Let the reading journey begin...
